This is possible due to bigger sourcing volumes as well as usage of scale effects, for both operative and strategic sourcing.

As a matter of course our service also includes a broad analysis of the actual sourcing structures as well as a subsequent further development of internal procedures best practice-oriented.

Our customers transfer the price negotiations to GPN and afterwards handle the procurement based on these negotiated conditions on their own.
